Unprecedented Response

     We are currently receiving an unprecedented volume of emails and phone calls due to the wonderful press that we have been getting.  As many of you know, we won two Hot Awards for our products and were just published in the Professional Photographers magazine.  We want to assure you that all of your emails and phones calls will be responded to as quickly as we can.  We are currently adding some new staff and more phone lines to accommodate everyone.  Thank you for your interest in Cypress and your patience!  Please note that all orders are currently shipping ahead of schedule.  Thank you again and we look forward to speaking with you.

Pro Photo Expo Pasadena, CA March 21-23

Mini-Folios Are Back!

We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of requests, so we are currently creating more Mini-Folios. Beginning today, we will start shipping Mini-Folios. Place your order now, as they will go quickly. If you're not familiar with our Mini-Folios, we create these special little folios once and sometimes twice a year. They come in three sizes, have Black or Natural mats, and each opening size is 2x2". Mini-Folios are only available in an assortment of colors and make great gifts for clients, vendors or anyone! Everyone loves them so they sell-out quickly.

     WPPI is just around the corner and we are so excited about the show this year!  Stop by our booth and see our new 6x6 Folio Size, new Print Offerings, new Iris Book Sizes, and our new Video!  Plus, we would like to see you!  If you're new to Cypress, be sure to introduce yourself.

     We also just won TWO awards!  We won the Professional Photographer's Hot One Award for best new products:  CD/DVD Folio and our 5x5 Iris Book.  So, we will probably brag a little about winning because our entire staff is so excited about these awards.  We will try to keep it under control.  Seriously, we hope to see you at WPPI!

From all of us at Cypress, we want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year!  Thank you for a great 2008!  We know that it was a tough year for many and we want you to know that we love creating our albums, folios and boxes for you and your clients and are grateful that you choose our handmade products.

We are planning some exciting new things at Cypress for 2009.  Look for our new Cypress video coming to our website and being debued at WPPI this year.  We are also offering printing and mounting services for all of our products, adding a new Folio size, and look for our Cypress Info/Marketing sessions in Los Angeles, Georgia, and Texas this year.  Those are just a few of the exciting things happening at Cypress Albums this year!

     Yes, there is just one more day left to place your order for C Albums, Presentation Boxes, and Folios so that you will receive them by Christmas.  We must receive all orders by 5:00pm pacific time Friday, December 5th in order to guarantee Christmas delivery.  After Friday, we will accept orders for Christmas delivery based on availability, rush fees will apply.

Cypress Holiday Party!!! Tuesday, December 9th

Yes, it's the holidays and we all know, as much as we all love the holidays, they can also be stressful.  We just want you to know that we are here to help you put together all of your Cypress orders, so don't hesitate to contact us!  Brooke, Gia and I would be happy to help you!

Wow.....it's definitely the holidays at Cypress! This has been our busiest holiday season ever and we love it! Just a reminder that tomorrow, Nov. 25th, is the deadline for all Cypress Album, Iris Book and Juniper Book orders for Christmas delivery. After Nov. 25th, we will accept orders based on availability. Please note rush fees will apply. Also, due to the high order volume, sample albums will have a longer delivery time so that we can ensure that all of your client's holiday orders are received before the holidays.

If you have been photographing families and children for the holidays, don't forget to create an album for them too! Parents and kids love our albums, folios and boxes. Just look at my little ones above. Families can get most of their holiday shopping done in your studio.

The 5x7 Proof Box: Now A Permanent Addition To Our Collection!

We are excited to offer the 5x7 Proof Box for a smaller selection of loose prints. These attractive little boxes are perfect for children, family portrait sessions and selected wedding images. This great little box is custom sized to hold 20-150 prints. Regardless of size, the cost is always the same, and you may chose from our entire selection of fabric and ribbon options.

Holiday Ordering

The holiday season is quickly approaching and we are gearing up for a great season! In preparation, we have set the following deadlines to ensure delivery by Christmas:

Nov. 25- The Cypress Album, The Iris Book, The Juniper Book
Please note this deadline does not include printing. For printing services with any of these albums, we must receive by Nov. 11th.

Dec. 5- The Artisan Book, C Albums, The Folio
Please note this deadline does not include printing. For printing services with these products, we must receive by Nov. 21st.

For holiday orders, please write, "Must Have For Christmas", in the remarks section of the order form. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or Express Services. As the holiday approaches, we will use express services at our discretion to ensure holiday delivery. Due to the high volume of orders, we recommend ordering as soon as possible in order to avoid the high cost of express shipping. Rush orders are 50% and will be taken based on availability.

Hope everyone had a great summer with lots of barbequeing, swimming, vacationing and photography! That is just what the Cypress staff and I have been doing along with making alot of albums and boxes. We have had the busiest summer on record and we couldn't be more excited!

It's hard to believe that the summer is almost over. The kids are back in school (my daughter just started kindergarten), the leaves will be changing color soon, and the busy Fall season has begun.

Many of you have stopped by to see our showroom this summer and we love seeing you. If you haven't had a chance, or will be visiting Los Angeles, be sure to come by. We are also stocking some Proof Boxes, Folios, DVD Folios, C Albums and Presentation Boxes in our showroom for those who need some last minute product today.

It is time for the second installation of our Anniversary Competition!

This time we are featuring our Presentation Boxes,

In honor of our 10 year anniversary, we would like to say thank you for choosing Cypress. To show our appreciation, we will be giving away some Cypress products throughout the year. To enter, simply email us images of the current highlighted product that we have created for you or your clients.
